Newport News woman accused of hitting man with stroller

A Newport News woman has been arrested for hitting someone with a stroller.

Police say Ivy Bishop got into a fight with a man over the custody of their 10-month-old.

They say when the man tried to leave, Bishop hit him with a stroller.

Bishop is facing several charges.
