Meteorologist Myles Henderson’s First Warning Forecast
Rain returns today with a major cool down… High temperatures will only reach the upper 50s today, about 20 degrees cooler than yesterday. Clouds will build in early this morning and mostly of the day will be gloomy. We will see on and off showers through the day. A few heavy downpours or a rumble of thunder is possible but severe storms are not expected today.
We will take a small step warmer tomorrow, reaching the low to mid 60s. Scattered showers will continue through the day tomorrow with a mix of clouds.
Sunshine will return on Thursday with clearing skies. We will take another small step warmer to the mid 60s. Highs will warm to near 70 on Friday. We will start with sunshine Friday morning, but clouds will build and showers will return with a cold front Friday afternoon to evening.
