Meteorologist Myles Henderson’s First Warning Forecast
Another warm day with showers and storms… We will see a mix of clouds today with scattered showers, mainly this afternoon to evening. A strong to severe storm is possible, mainly in northeastern North Carolina. It will be warm again today with highs near 70, about 15 degrees above normal for this time of year. Rain will taper off this evening and clouds will clear out tonight with lows in the upper 40s.
Expect more sunshine than clouds on Wednesday with low rain chances. Highs will drop to the mid 60s still warm for this time of year.
Highs will drop to the low and mid 50s for Thursday and Friday, closer to normal for this time of year. We will see another round of rain Thursday PM to Friday AM. Expect a sunny, chilly, and windy start to the weekend. Highs will only reach the upper 40s on Saturday.

Tonight: Evening Showers, Clearing Skies, Breezy. Lows in the upper 40s. Winds: SW/W 10-15
