VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Crews are responding to two-story residential fire in the 7100 block of Atlantic Avenue.
Atlantic Avenue was impassible at 71st Street in both directions as crews work to put out the blaze. It has since reopened as of 4:41 p.m.
