HOUSTON - It's only Week 2 of the 2020 XFL season, but former Virginia Tech star receiver Cam Phillips is already emerging as one of the league's big playmakers.
The former Hokie scored three touchdowns for the Houston Roughnecks in Sunday's 28-24 win over the St. Louis BattleHawks.
