NORFOLK, Va. - In this week's edition of the award-winning Locker Room show, Wink continues the "Follow-up Friday" series.

While we navigate the sports standstill, each Friday the Locker Room will revisit past feature stories and provide updates on the subject or subjects involved. This week's Follow-up Friday: The newly-launched esports program at Bryant & Stratton College.

UPDATE: Information reported in the video attached to this story is incorrect. The details provided to News 3, following our direct inquiry to Bryant & Stratton College about the performances of its esports team, were inaccurate. The eighth place finish by Bryant & Stratton's esports team was in the play-in tournament for the Tespa Overwatch Collegiate Championships, not the playoffs. George Mason University's esports team not only advanced from the play-in tournament, but also placed in the top 16 of the playoff tournament - giving GMU the highest finish of any Virginia school. It's the second consecutive year GMU can claim the title of Virginia's highest finisher in the Tespa Overwatch Collegiate Championships. News 3 regrets the errors.
