STARKVILLE, Miss. - In LSU's 94-80 win over Mississippi State Wednesday night, Chesapeake's Cam Thomas scored 25 points, breaking the Southeastern Conference's freshman record for 25-plus point games over the past 25 seasons.
Thomas' ten 25-plus point games puts him ahead of the University of Kentucky's Malik Monk , who previously set the record during the 2016-17 season.
