NORFOLK, Va. — A puppy who was abandoned outside of Norfolk SPCA around Thanksgiving has been adopted by a loving family to spend the holidays with.
A couple of days before Thanksgiving, the shelter said someone tied the puppy to a pole outside their facility on Ballentine Boulevard while they were closed. The puppy then ran into traffic, but fortunately wasn’t hit by any cars. People brought her back to the shelter to safety.
