SUFFOLK, Va. - The Make Something Studio in Suffolk is kicking off the new year with what they're calling "Paint Your 2021 Vision."
You bring in an idea, your vision, and the studio helps design it on a mug they provide. Then you paint it yourself, glaze it - and the studio puts them in the kiln for you to pick up next year.
"Everybody came up with a 2021 word, something that speaks to them about where they want 2021 to go as a reminder through the year," said the studio's owner, Kelly Amrine.
The studio, located in Bennetts Creek, holds all kinds of do-it-yourself classes, camps and walk-in pottery paintings all year.
