WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - Winter may not be gone just yet, but it's never too early to get excited for summer thrills!
Water Country USA announced Wednesday it will reopen for the summer season on May 22.
In addition to the park’s already strict health and safety measures, which include increased cleaning and sanitation and temperature checks, reservations are required, and capacity will be significantly limited to create more open space for guests to maintain physical distancing. Face coverings will be required for guests age 2 and older in certain designated areas of the park, including the park entrance and exit, retail, food and beverage areas and other designated park sections. Face coverings will not be required in the water, such as the lazy river, the wave pool, all water slides and all other water attractions in the park.
“We’re so excited to be reopening Water Country USA this May. We know our fans missed coming to the park last year,” said Kevin Lembke, President of Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. “We can’t wait to welcome guests back for summertime fun.”
Tickets start as low as $46.99, and you can get a 25% savings by buying tickets online ahead of time. Get a Water Country USA Fun Card for just $66.99, and you can enjoy unlimited visits from May 22-Sept. 22. Click here for more information.
