VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Gather Virginia Beach opened its doors Wednesday for professionals needing a co-working or private office space.
The Virginia Beach location marks the third Gather co-working location in the Hampton Roads region. The location occupies over 28,000 square feet on the third floor of block 3 in Town Center at Independence Boulevard and Central Park Avenue.
Other locations include Newport News, Norfolk, as well as three, soon to be four, in the metro Richmond area.
Gather says each location reflects the personality of its specific environment, and Gather Virginia Beach features a modern, stylish design with a fun, welcoming vibe.
“We’re excited to bring our private office and community workspace to Virginia Beach and to continue deepening our presence in the 757 region,” said James Crenshaw, an owner of Gather. “Our members have 24/7 access to all six of our locations in Virginia, which is a unique benefit at Gather. We take care of everything related to running an office so that members can fully focus on what they do best - growing their business and being successful.”
Crenshaw noted that due to businesses in Hampton Roads still being in the process of reopening from the pandemic, Gather is a great solution for social distancing with 145 private offices as well as suites and larger offices.
Offices can be rented on a month-to-month basis.
Gather Virginia Beach also features a range of conference rooms and meeting spaces. The kitchen is stocked with locally-roasted coffee and tea from local roaster Town Center Cold Pressed, and members can take part in professional and socially-distanced events including Wednesday Cookie Hour.
