VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Virginia Beach Police responded to a crash on Independence Boulevard Saturday morning.
Police tweeted that a crash took place in the 500 block of Independence Blvd with serious injuries.
At this time, Southbound Independence is closed between Hinsdale & Jeanne.
Police are asking everyone to avoid the area.
