Gov. Youngkin: flags to be flown at half-staff in memory of UVA shooting victims

RICHMOND, Va. — On Monday night, Gov. Glenn Youngkin ordered the flags of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Virginia to be flown at half-staff Tuesday.

The order is in respect and memory of thevictims of the shooting Sunday night at the University of Virginia, their families and the community surrounding the university.

The order is in effect from sunrise to sunset.
