SUFFOLK, Va. - Suffolk Police and Suffolk Fire & Rescue responded to a crash involving a school bus Monday afternoon.
Police say the crash happened around 4:13 p.m., in the 2800 block of Godwin Boulevard.
A Suffolk Public School bus and another vehicle were involved in the crash, police reports.
The bus filled with students from Hillpoint Elementary School was rear-ended by the other vehicle, according to police.
Police say no students were injured and the bus driver was taken to a local hospital for further medical examination.
The driver of the other vehicle received a summons for following too closely.
