VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Virginia Department of Health Beach Monitoring issued a beach warning on Tuesday for all beaches in Newport News, Hampton, and Eastern Shore counties.
Officials say beach monitoring will not take place this week due to Tropical Strom Isaias and will resume next week.
