PORTSMOUTH, Va. — The Portsmouth Humane Society said it's full, so it's offering "test drives" for new pets and waiving adoption fees.
What this means is someone can bring home a pet, risk-free, for two weeks as a foster. This way the person can see if their new furry friend is a good match.
Test drives started this week and go through Oct. 22.
