PORTSMOUTH, Va. - The City of Portsmouth is set to hold a ceremony to remember victims of 9/11 at 11:00 a.m.
This event is open to the public and will be held at Portsmouth City Hall Plaza.
The Tidewater band will be performing musical selections as well.
