NORFOLK, Va. — A portion of I-264 in Norfolk is currently flooded, causing long backups and delays.
VDOT cameras indicate that the flooded portion is between Ballentine Boulevard and Broad Creek Bridge. The cameras show three of the four lanes experiencing flooding are blocked off. Drivers are slowly moving through the leftmost lane.
