RICHMOND, Va. - Former Vice President, Joe Biden. receives Virginia endorsements following his first win in the Democratic primaries.
Former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe announced his endorsement for Joe Biden following his win for the South Carolina primaries Saturday evening.
McAuliffe announced that he endorses Biden for the 2020 presidential elections just moments after reports broke that Biden won the South Carolina primaries.
Former Vice President Joe Biden, won his first victory in three tries at the South Carolina Democratic nomination.
McAuliffe announced in a statement, "We can't afford four more years of Donald Trump's hate-driven chaos and Joe Biden is the candidate with character, experience, and crowd appeal to defeat him."
McAuliffe and Richmond mayor Levar Stoney, will join Biden at his rally in Norfolk on Sunday.

Congressman Bobby Scott also announced his endorsement for Joe Biden Saturday.

On March 3, Virginia residents will vote in the Democratic primaries.
