PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Portsmouth police are investigating a shooting that happened Thursday night.
Police tell News 3 they were called to the 700 block of Broad Street around 6:30 p.m. They found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police did not provide any other details but said a public information officer had been notified.
A little more than two hours later, police in the city responded to another shooting. The police department said this was in the 2700 block of Frederick Boulevard.
