VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - State Police issued a Senior Alert for on behalf of VBPD for Melvin I. Seidel Thursday morning.
88-year-old Seidel was last seen on March 11 around 3 p.m.
Virginia State Police canceled the alert at 10 a.m., Thursday.
Seidel was located safe by the Currituck County Sheriff's Department.
