VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Virginia Beach Police Department arrested a person in connection to a shooting in the 300 block of 23rd Street Tuesday night.
The call came in just minutes after 9 p.m., on Tuesday. Dispatchers were advised of a gunshot wound in the area near Pacific Avenue.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a male victim of unknown age suffering from life-threatening injuries. Medics took him to a local hospital for treatment.
19-year-old Isaiah Jemaine Clemons was arrested and charged with robbery, felonious assault, and use of a firearm in commission of a felony in connection to this incident, according to police.
