PORTSMOUTH, Va. — One man is in the hospital with severe injuries after being shot in Portsmouth.
Around 10:25 p.m., the Portsmouth Police Department went to the 2100 Block of Effingham Street after reported gunshots, according to the PPD. They found one man suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police say they are investigating the incident.
