NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk Police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead Saturday evening.
Police say a call came in regarding a shooting around 7:20 p.m., in the 1100 block of Oaklawn Avenue.
According to police, a man, identified as 30-year-old Shelvin D. Alston, was pronounced dead at the scene.
