NORFOLK, Va. - A special bus route is now available to help Old Dominion University students get to and from certain grocery stores in our area.
Here's how it works: The buses will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2- 6 p.m. A bus will shuttle through ODU's campus about every 30 minutes, taking student passengers to Food Lion, Aldi, The Fresh Market and Walgreens.

Organizers encourage students to bring hand sanitizer and wear gloves. Only six passengers will be allowed on the bus at one time.
They hope customers will pick out healthy food options to help boost their immune systems.
