NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk Police warn residents of a Christmas sweater texting scam that has populated.
The sender of the texts poses as the Norfolk Police Department with a text that reads:
Police say they are not selling Christmas sweaters and warns residents not to click on link associated to avoid giving away personal information.
