Man wanted in connection to Norfolk teen murder arrested in Portsmouth

NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk Police said a man wanted in connection to a May shooting that left a teen dead was arrested in Portsmouth Wednesday morning.

Police arrested 27-year-old Glenn Q. Ruffin on charges of second-degree murder and use of a firearm.

On May 16, 2020, a teen was found dead after being shot in the in the 300 block of Whitehead Avenue.

Ruffin is currently being held in the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
