NORFOLK, Va. - A man has died after a shooting in the 800 block of Granby Street Wednesday night. This is in the NEON District.
Around 10 p.m., officers responded to the area for a report of a gunshot victim. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds.
Police say he was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Thursday, they identified him as 31-year-old Abram Randle.
There is no further information.
