Missing Chesterfield girl found safe, police say

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — A missing 15-year-old girl from Chesterfield who officers believed may have been with her ex-boyfriend in a red Subaru with a "Save the Bay" bumper sticker has been found safe.

Chesterfield Police said officers had been searching for Allison Brady, who was last seen walking in the 1400 block of Lundy Terrace at about 1 p.m. on Wednesday.

The girl was believed to be with her ex-boyfriend and possibly in the Roanoke area, according to officers.

Brady left her home without her required medication, police said.

Police said in an email just before 4:30 p.m. Thursday that Brady had been "located unharmed" and was "safe."

No additional details about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance were released.
