PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A man and a juvenile female were both injured from a shooting in Portsmouth on the evening on Saturday, Dec. 17, according to the Portsmouth Police Department.
The department says the man had to go to the hospital with life-threatening injuries following the incident, and the juvenile female also sustained a "serious injury" as a result of the shooting. The male and the female are both in stable condition as of Monday, Dec. 19.
Police said the shooting happened in the 4700 block of Portsmouth Boulevard just before 7:30 p.m.
