PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Police are investigating after a man was injured during a shooting Wednesday morning.
A call to officials came in around 12:50 a.m., from the 1600 block of Ekstine Drive, for an adult male who suffered a 'gunshot wound to the upper extremity'.
Police say the wound is non-life-threatening and that he was transported to a local hospital.
There are no suspects at this time and no further details to release.
