Here's what we know so far:
Norfolk Public Schools is delayed two hours for any in-person employees. Students participating in virtual learning aren't impacted.
Isle of Wight County Schools has decided to close all schools and related departments Friday.
Portsmouth Public Schools has declared Friday a flipped learning day; All employees will be working from home. Any in-person instruction is canceled.
