VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Virginia Beach police are investigating a hit and run involving a juvenile Friday night.
Police said it happened at First Colonial Road and Southall. The juvenile was taken to the hospital.
There is a heavy police presence in the area, and drivers are asked to find alternative routes.
No other details were released.
