VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — On Saturday night, Virginia Beach fire crews responded to a house fire on Bernadotte Street, near Foxfire Park.
When units arrived, they found heavy smoke and flames from the attached garage of the home.
Two adults and two kids were displaced along with three dogs.
One man was treated for smoke inhalation.
The Red Cross was contacted to provide temporary housing assistance.
The fire is still under investigation.
