VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The Virginia Beach Traffic Safety Unit are investigating an accident in which a pedestrian was struck at N Witchduck and Virginia Beach Blvd.
The pedestrian is believed to be a juvenile male and in critical condition, according to police.
Westbound on Virginia Beach Blvd is closed as traffic safety conducts an investigation.
