VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A bicyclist died in Virginia Beach Saturday night after a crash with another vehicle.
Police said it happened around 11:15 p.m. in the 900 block of General Booth Boulevard near Birdneck Road.
The cyclist died at the scene. Police have identified him as 34-year-old Christopher Malik from Pennsylvania.
The driver of the vehicle involved stayed at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation, police said. No charges have been filed.
An investigation is underway.
