VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A cyclist was killed in a crash with a vehicle near the intersection of Holland Road and Lynnhaven Parkway Tuesday night, according to Virginia Beach Police.
The call came in at around 10:25 p.m. Tuesday. When police arrived they found a man who had been struck by a vehicle.
That man has been identified as 43-year-old Freddie Morales of Virginia Beach. The driver who suffered minor injuries, stayed on the scene of the crash.
No charges have been filed at this time.
