VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — UPDATE: The driver the died in the crash was identified as Travis Claude, 58, of Norfolk.
Suffolk police responded to Route 58 around 3:05 p.m. for a two vehicle crash near the Franklin bypass.
A box truck was traveling eastbound when it collided with a cushion truck. When officers arrived on scene, they pronounced the driver of the box truck dead.
