PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Floats and marching bands made their way down High Street for Portsmouth's annual Memorial Day Parade.
The parade, which has been a Portsmouth tradition since 1884, is one of the longest-running Memorial Day parades in the country.
The parade ran through High Street from Peninsula Avenue at I.C. Norcom High School to Water Street.
