PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Portsmouth Police tell News 3, they got a call for a shooting early Saturday morning at 1:27 a.m.
When officers arrived at the 1 block of Prospect Parkway, that's when investigators found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to the hospital.
Police are still in the early stages of the investigation.
