PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Portsmouth Police officers are investigating a vehicle crash that happened at the intersection of Fort Lane and Crawford Parkway at 10:57 pm, on November 29th, 2024.
Upon arrival, officers found a male victim with fatal gunshot wounds. His name has not been released.
Afterward, A News 3 crew noticed evidence of the crash in the Park View area.
