PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Portsmouth police responded to a call Wednesday evening around 6:00 p.m. related to a break-in and shooting in the 700 block of North Street.
When officers arrived, they found an adult male who appeared to be suffering from a fatal gunshot wound, according to police.
