PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Two people were hurt in a shooting in Portsmouth Sunday afternoon.
Around 3:20 p.m., Portsmouth police said officers found two men who had been shot on Chestnut Street. That's between Elm Avenue and Effingham Street.
They were taken to local hospitals, police said.
An investigation is underway.
