PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A student from I.C. Norcom High School was transported to the hospital after a school bus was rear-ended at Rodman and Turnpike in Portsmouth Monday morning.
There were two students on-board at the time of the accident and both families were informed of the incident by school administration.
