OUTER BANKS, NC — Students at Cape Hatteras Secondary School donated supplies to NCDOT Ferry Division to donate for Hurricane Helene relief.
The students also designed hand-drawn cards, designed to give warm wishes to the families affected by the storm.
It is unclear when NCDOT will begin delivering the supplies.
