NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk Police have identified a homicide victim who was killed in a shooting early Saturday morning.
Police say Terrance D. Moore, 37, of Norfolk, was shot and later died at the scene.
It happened about 5:15 a.m. on Wide Street near E. Virginia Boulevard.
