NORFOLK, Va. — A crash involving a pedestrian in the 5200 block of Colley Avenue has sent a man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to Norfolk police.
A call was made to police around 8:50 p.m. and the driver of the vehicle stayed on the scene.
