HAMPTON, Va. — Hampton Police received a call around 4:42 p.m. Friday involving a bicycle and vehicle on the 200 block of West Mercury Boulevard.
Officers found a man with life-threatening injuries and performed life-saving treatment until he was transported to the hospital, where he later died as a result of the injuries.
There is still an active investigation, and the identity of the man has not been revealed until family has been notified.
