Hampton seafood business offering curbside pickup

HAMPTON, Va. - Are you hungry and still want to support local businesses that have been affected by the governor's executive order on limiting a large number of patrons inside restaurants and other establishments amid concerns over the growing coronavirus pandemic? You can help one Hampton seafood business that has plenty of food!

Amory Seafood is selling 10-lb. boxes of wholesale fish to customers - and you don't even have to get out of your car!

Here's what the business is offering:

  • Fresh or frozen local flounder - $60
  • Fresh local catfish - $50
  • Frozen salmon - $70
  • Frozen whiting - $35
  • Frozen tilapia - $35

All you have to do is drive up, place your order and an employee will load it into your car.

Hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Orders must be paid with cash only.

The business told the City of Hampton, which reached out to News 3, that it had a lot of boats in the ocean fishing when the executive order put a halt to normal operations.
