HAMPTON, Va. - The Hampton Police Division is investigating after a man was found dead inside a vehicle Tuesday night.
Officials say the call came in at 9:51 p.m. in reference to a shooting in the first block of Sacramento Drive.
19-year-old Ricky Devon Brooks Jr., was found dead inside a vehicle, according to police.
The death is being investigated as a homicide.
